Finding out Whether or Not you are Expecting

If you are suspecting that you could be pregnant you are probably asking your self How Long Do you need to wait to take a test and chances are you might need to wait days but how you are prepare to take the answer either way is what I invite us to address.  


The question of whether or not we are pregnant often comes unexpected. When we are actively looking for it we might think it will take long and it is all about just practicing,  perhaps even when undertaking treatment to assist might take a while  to sink in since we might also have developed fear anticipating a result, and of course if it is down to a matter of having had precaution the possibilities might take your thoughts in a million directions all together. This article wants to inspire you to take control of the thought process. First of all remind yourself you still don't know the answer to your question. Try to get into a calm set of mind and anticipate your options objectively if you feel it is a good time address it. You may practice developing your own algorithm to help you break down what you are thinking and design a path towards  a sound decision making system. Writing it down allows you to review it in future to re-address options or have a base plan.

 

Gently recognize that the information we think we need to process all at once is all in our heads and affecting our mood, setting expectation of our selves and perhaps of  those around us with out us really having a clear event to address. Controlling our thoughts may help us prevent that we get too excited or worried and in both cases maybe end up creating a problem or a feeling of a problem which does not actually exist.

 

Of course there are two realistic initial outputs: YES or NO, however, it is recommended not to set early expectations to avoid getting into prompt and perhaps a kind of mad planning that keep us from being sound, calm, focus, and more stable to take any decision. Either way we should gently land in a box called Acceptance and open other processes towards planning a new starting point you can name as Next Steps. Simply remember that you can learn to control your thought process which can help you set the right expectations to manage your emotions and have  a clearer understanding.
